The baby formula shortage in the U.S. is negatively impacting some food banks and pantries that serve lower-income clients. Derrick Williams, operations manager for the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina in Raleigh, N.C., said its food bank is “definitely being impacted” by the shortage.
